Relaxing Lake Champlain house!

Open and bright floor plan with direct views of the lake. Enjoy a coffee on the deck in the early morning or watch the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Plenty of beds and rec room in the basement. Families welcome. Enjoy this relaxing home on lake Champlain. Detached 6th bedroom with private deck. In summer months we have a kayak, kids kayaks, paddle boards and other lake toys. Fire pit lakside! Charcoal grill and pellet smoker. Pool table, foosball, Netflix, cable and Hulu.

Updated farmhouse built in 1860 located 8mi. from Jay Peak, in the heart of the village of Montgomery Center. There’s a bar/ restaurant & supermarket across the street but only the Trout River & forest out back. Easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and a quick walk to a great swimming hole. One of a few places locally with access to fast internet (Gigabit). The house, now solar powered, sleeps 6-8 and is spacious, well insulated, and well furnished. 8 people + 2 infants max.

Great spot on quiet private road just 18 miles from Burlington. Perfect for visitors to UVM, St. Michaels, and other colleges. 20 minutes to Smuggler's Notch Ski Area. Beautifully remodeled Lake House on Arrowhead Mt Lake. Lake is just a yards from front door and outside deck. Fantastic rock fire pit with natural seating around. House is located on a private road with just 10 houses so it is a very quiet and peaceful setting. List of day trips through Vt provided by host.

Here, you are perfectly poised to explore both the quaint, foodie-focused, French-Canadian, Eastern Townships, just across the border in Quebec AND the scenic back-roads, abundant lakes, family farms, mountain trails, local pubs, and old general stores of Northern Vermont. We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes. We are conveniently located within 45 mins of 3 great ski - snowboard mountains, a water park, zip lining, wineries, breweries, and shopping. A 10 minute walk will get you to The Long Trail, to do some hiking. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is another great trail for walking and biking. Vermont also has over 100 covered bridges for you to explore. Our guest house is the perfect little spot to call home while in Vermont. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our county setting.

Enjoy a restful getaway at The 1860 Farmhouse. We purchased the farmhouse in 2018 from a family that had done extensive renovations to the interior. Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

The Red House is a 3 bedroom. Located in beautiful Montgomery Heights, just a 5-10 minute drive from the Jay Peak Resort. This home is nestled in the private, peaceful, wooded area called Montgomery Heights. Enjoy a game of pool in the heated basement or warm up to the wood stove in the living room after a day of skiing. We are very excited to announce that we've added Starlink high speed internet for the 2023-2024 ski season.
