Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We felt there would be no better name for this cozy and comfortable cabin on Lake Hartwell. You will love waking up and enjoying your morning coffee on the back porch, screened-in porch, or the dock! Days can be spent on the dock or exploring the nearby parks and recreational areas, immersing yourself in the tranquility of lakeside living.

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin. You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
