This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. The home is located just 20 minutes away from the south entrance of Yosemite, 8 minutes to the swimming beach at Bass Lake, and 2 minutes away from the town of Oakhurst with its restaurants, cafes, galleries and grocery stores. The home has a spacious hot tub in the back and is surrounded by massive granite boulders, giving you the true feeling of being in the Sierras.
