The Olive House is a restored former olive press with private pool set in tranquil surroundings. Restored over 7 years ago to a holiday home, perfect for those who want to escape the pace of normal life. A short 10 minute drive to Fiskardo and beaches. Well equipped with spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and air-conditioning while the mezzanine floor, open to the living room, has a second double bed and is a lovely area for reading.

The Aphrodite Studio

The place is known for its amazing view, its peacefulness and its rich nature constituting an ideal place for beautiful walks. Next to the house there are many traditional restaurants! Nonetheless, for those that wants to cook inside, the house has a wide terrace with an amazing view to the lagoon, where people can enjoy eating.

Τhe house is new and fully renovated, comfortable and very spacious. It has excellent décor and, combined with the beautiful location where it is located, makes it an ideal choice for couples and families, since the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate 2 more persons. The house is just 30 meters from the sea, 5 km from the center and nearby there are cafes, taverns, barbecues, bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy.

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. Patriko is a beautiful traditional house located in Tsoukalades village, only 6 km from Lefkada town. It can accommodate up to 7 people, who will share 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
