Το διαμέρισμα (55 τ.μ.) περιβάλλεται από αυλή με αρκετό πράσινο και διαθέτει θέα την πόλη της Λευκάδας καθώς και τη θάλασσα. Οι λάτρεις του πρωινού ξυπνήματος θα έχουν την δυνατότητα να απολαύσουν την όμορφη ανατολή του ηλίου και μέρος του ηλιοβασιλέματος. Το κατάλυμα απέχει περίπου 2 km από την πόλη της Λευκάδας . Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά (2-3 km) στις παραλίες του Αγίου Ιωάννη, τους Μύλους, τη Γύρα και το Κάστρο και 15-20 λεπτά από τον γραφικό Άγιο Νικήτα και την φημισμένη παραλία Κάθισμα.

Νέο κεντρικό ισόγειο studio διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για τις διακοπές σας στο νησί της Λευκάδας.Εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι σε κοντινή απόσταση. Εάν έχετε μικρό κατοικίδιο είναι ευπρόσδεκτο. Δεν έχει κουζίνα αλλά έχει τα βασικά για καφέ κλπ. Πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε εύκολα και χωρίς χρέωση έξω από το διαμέρισμα η στους παράπλευρους δρόμους . Είμαστε παντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουμε και να κάνουμε τις διακοπές σας υπέροχες. Beautiful small but cozy apartment in the heart of town.🙂

Traditional detached house with brand new tree house with bathroom ideal for 2 people in Lefkas with a spacious garden with lemon & orange trees that decorate the place along with an old well from which crystal clear water is gushing. The house is situated in the settlement of Vardas 1km away from Lefkas town . The beaches of Ag Ioannis and Gyra are 3 km and 1,5 km away respectively. The famous Nidri is 14 km away and Ag. Nikitas is 15 km away .

Azul Studio Preveza

Azul Studio is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the wonderful Preveza and the surroundings. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
