Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is perfect for your long-term stay. The master bedroom has a new 2021 Kingston queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds + a double bed. A full kitchen, stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. Enjoy two decks for sunbathing, reading, eating. New 50" smart TV. May 27 - Sept 13: Saturday check-in/check-out only.

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!
