Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Panoramic unobstructed view of Kachemak Bay, snow caped mountains, glaciers and volcanos. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath one story home. It is handicap accessible with views from every room. Approximately 5 miles from town. The Kitchen and Living room have been recently remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recently added deck off the dining room with an outdoor barbecue. Great place for large groups or families with kids. Monthly discount on accepted Oct. 1st - April 30th.
