Amazing property on Pleasant Lake in Northern NY! 25 minutes to CANADA, 30 minutes to the 1000 Islands, a little over an hour to the Adirondacks. Stay at arguably the nicest place on the lake! Spacious home at almost 3000 square feet with cathedral ceilings making it feel much bigger. Nine acres and a long driveway makes you feel secluded for your stay! Swim at the private boat dock, sleep in the top notch adjustable king bed, & when you wake, the coffee machine, lake views, and forest awaits!

Nature lovers dream. This simple, rustic cabin sits on a point overlooking a beautiful clear lake. A quiet stream filled with beaver, loons, and a duck family runs beside it, with a sweet swimming rock to slide into the warm soft water. This a very popular lake for fishing large and small mouth bass, walleye and lake trout. Watch the sunrise over the lake from the deck, bbq off the back of the cabin or take a break in the hammock. Enjoy an evening canoe or a paddle boat ride. Pet friendly.

Bring the gang to the lake house. Sit back, relax & enjoy! It's a great place to make new memories with friends & family. Approximately 3,500 sq ft, 4 season home with a hot tub, a granny suite, 2 full kitchens, 3 sitting areas, 5 bedrooms & a large deck. We are on a quiet lake great for fishing, swimming & boating. We have 3 kayaks, a canoe, a play park for the kids and lots of green space to enjoy. Finish the day off with a campfire down at the lake. Your next family getaway awaits!!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

This spot is perfect for a family getaway as the gentle slop into the water makes it great for the little ones. Fires by the beach at night makes for a perfect ending to a perfect day in the sun. Minutes from the town of Verona to grab the essentials you may have forgotten. Golf course, provincial park and hiking just a short drive away.

Nestled in a quiet spot on a quiet lake - it’s not a Muskoka party lake, but it is a great place to crack a beer or uncork some wine.
