Feel free to safely start a campfire outside or in the fireplace indoors. It's all here for you!

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Relaxing Glamping Experience in a Tiny Cabin

Experience a serene and relaxing getaway in our off-grid tiny cabin on our farm. Created with the intention of slowing down (no tv, no wifi and no refrigerator), enjoy wandering the fields relaxing in one of the hammocks, cooking on the outdoor fire pit, sipping coffee on the front deck and generally taking a break from modern life. If you'd like to explore the area, we are nearby popular trails and bike routes, U-pick farms, breweries & restaurants and beaches along Lake Michigan.

"Tiny House" guest house located under large oak trees near the beach, and not far from I-94 and the Michigan state line. Vaulted ceiling, open feeling. Light and bright décor. Full bathroom, comfy couch, and other amenities. Polished concrete floor, whitewashed shiplap ceiling, hand-crafted oak furniture, suspended shelving. FARM 10 acres, pond, Hot tub, king bed 25 min ND

Come to the farm for peace, quiet, nature walks, bird watching, and fishing in the spring-fed 3-acre pond and find a new sense of calm. All you need is to build a fire, then sit back and relax. Winter or summer, the farm offers 10 acres of space to run around with your pups or bags, frisbee, and even a bit of golf. Kayak or canoe, too! So many wineries, bike trails, and parks are close by. End your day with a relaxing, stargazing hot tub overlooking the pond. Enjoy!

Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse protected historic architecture make this location exquisitely charming. No smoking.
