Welcome to The Island Courtyard. This beautifully decorated 1800 sq ft home is only 6 blocks from the gulf. You will enter through a charming courtyard complete with dinning area and fire pit. Once inside, you will find yourself in the living room complete with small bar and enclosed laundry room. The bedrooms are located at each end of the house for privacy as well as a full bath for each. Enjoy the stainless chef inspired kitchen and spacious dinning area. There is a residence upstairs.

Let the good times roll in this charming 1904 historic bungalow, with that New Orleans flair. Located in the Kempner Park neighborhood. Enjoy the short 3 block stroll to the heart of the Seawall, ride the roller coaster on Pleasure Pier, soak in the sun and surf and cool down at the infamous Poop Deck or the Float/Patio bar, ride the trolly to the Strand District. This 2 bedroom, one bathroom getaway provides you a home port so you can explore the island or just getaway for a romantic vacation.

Great pre 1900 victorian cottage located in midtown and close to all the attractions on the island. Enjoy a home with features such as original stained woodwork, transoms above the doors. Must be 23 years old to book! This old house is charming and peaceful with a bit of Victorian flare. It has 12 ft. Ceilings and the original wood floors with lots of character. A little old with the new. It’s centrally located on the east end. Only a 15 min walk to the beach! I provide beach towels and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before going up to relax. Alot of great restaurants are in walking distance! Only a two mile drive to the cruise port and the Strand.
