Stunning pet friendly cabin with a king-size, handmade oak bed, luxury bed linen, towels, robes and slippers, underfloor heating throughout. Inside, is an open plan lounge & dining, well-equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom with large shower and luxury local made toiletries. Outside, has an enclosed private patio with hot tub, fire pit, bbq and seating area. The perfect place to relax and experience the Lake District mountain and enjoy seeing our Highland Cows and other animals on the farm.

We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. The three bedroom bijou cottage is set in the idyllic Country Village of Ennerdale, home to the most spectacular Lake and Wild Mountain Vistas. Ennerdale village has two lovely food serving pubs within throwing distance and a welcoming cafe/shop just round the corner. A truly perfect base for visiting all the surrounding beauties of the Lake District National Park.

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

Seabank Cottage

Ideally located for a family seaside holiday Overlooking the Urr Estuary to Rough Island and offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for 6, the cottage has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards. The attractive garden surrounds the cottage and owners house ensuring privacy whilst also giving direct easy access to the shore across the private road at the front of the house, with space for boat storage and shorefront picnics.

Red Stables is the ideal location for a peaceful getaway for you and your partner. It was converted from old farm buildings into a lovely cottage that is comfortable, warm and cosy. There are wonderful views - including from the hot-tub! The cottage is ideal placed for visits to the Lake District, The Solway Coast, the historic city of Carlisle, the Scottish Border and Hadrian's Wall.

Wee Bothy at Carnell Estates

Dog-friendly, the Wee Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow. Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you're here to work.
