The Stables is a brand new barn conversion which is ready to welcome guests. The property will comfortably sleep six in superb well equipped self catering accommodation and has a patio area with private hot tub. This dog friendly property has exceptional scenery with multiple footpaths from the doorstep and a communal enclosed dog exercise field.

This 4 bedroom holiday home. The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 2 cars or 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.

Hillside Hut is our charming, newly developed, hut located in a secluded position on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With its own driveway and dedicated parking, it is situated in a very private spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the front door and fantastic dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV.
