Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. No parties. Take a break and unwind at our newly renovated lakehouse that sits on the bluffs of Lake Erie. It is 10 minutes away from Ashtabula Harbor and less than a mile from the Geneva on the Lake strip. It has a private backyard with fire pit, seating and picnic table. Features a covered front porch to enjoy the lake views. There is deeded shared lake access, but due to erosion in all of GOTL there is no sandy beach. Window AC units

Lake access is located directly across the street where you can sit on top of the bluff and enjoy a beautiful sunset or venture down the hill to collect the beach glass you'll find strewn along the shore. Turn around driveway provides ample parking. Large private backyard with cozy fire pit located in the private backyard.

This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. Water pad and kayaks are also available upon request. Take a 5 min walk and enjoy an ice cream shop, or the several restaurants and bars.
