Gorgeous Bayview 2Story Loft w/Upper Deck/Firebowl

Located right on South Shore Park with views of Lake Michigan. Just a 3 minute walk to South Shore Beach and the Oak Leaf Trail, and just a 6 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. This two story treetop loft occupies the upper two levels of a large historic house and has a large 400 sqft 2nd story deck overlooking the park and lake with a 4' natural gas fire bowl. Also features indoor bioethanol fireplace and full bar with a wine-chiller. The perfect place to kick back and relax with friends!

The designer interior features 5 BR/4 Bath, chef's kitchen with Viking & Subzero, Coffee/Espresso Bar, dining area for 12, 2 spacious family rooms with piano, fireplace and TVs. Enjoy dining, lounging & fun in the great outdoors w/hot tub, fire pit, basketball, pickleball, ping pong & lawn games! Beaches are walkable under a mile & near lively downtown w/ harbor, restaurants, shopping & museums.

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Secluded among 50 acres of dense forest, stunning walking trails, wildlife and natural ponds, this one-of-a-kind log cabin is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Whatever you’re looking for, you can find it all in this beautiful and tranquil getaway. Weekenders can enjoy hiking and exploring the gorgeous nature trails. The log cabin features a custom made bar, vaulted ceilings, a sauna room and outdoor hot tub with gorgeous views of the wildlife that surrounds.

Brewers Hill cottage, newly renovated near FiServ!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this Brewers Hill cottage located between the upper Eastside and Downtown Milwaukee. When you’re here you’ll have walkability to many bars, breweries, eateries and Fiserv Forum. When your day concludes enjoy a small fire in the backyard with your favorite beverage. This house is perfect for small, younger families and it is also professionally cleaned and maintained after every guest!

Relax and have fun with the family and friends at this unique getaway! We are situated directly on the lakefront with private access to our pier where you can enjoy world class sunset views. Jump in and go swimming, roast s'mores over a campfire right next to the water, grill up some burgers on the spacious deck or get some rest in our luxurious suites in this newly renovated (June 2021) home.

Dakota's Como Cottage

We love pooches, and behaved dogs under 50 lbs are very welcome. Please include them when making your reservation. We do charge a pet fee with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please bring their beds and refrain from allowing them on the beds and furniture. Paw prints or pet stains on the sheets or comforters will get billed an additional cleaning fee.
