Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Lejligheden er placeret i et roligt og grønt kvarter, med skøn udsigt og i gåafstand til Bernstorffsparken (250 m) og Ermelunden (500 m). Dyrehaven ligger ca. 2 km herfra mens der kun er 3 km til Øresund og stranden. Der er indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 2 km og Gentofte S-tog station ligger ca. 1 km fra lejligheden, med forbindelse til København, Lyngby og Hillerød
