The newly developed Port Geographe foreshore offers plenty of wide walkways to the beach, open lawns, BBQ's and a natural style children's adventure playground. There is also a protected swimming lagoon to enjoy that safe dip in the heat of the day. This is all just a short stroll from your home. Located within walking distance, is the award winning Deck Tavern and Restaurant, where gourmet dining meets beautiful water views and more potential for dolphin sightings. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sumptuous lunch or choose between fine dining and bistro style for an evening’s delight. Within a few minutes walk you can be enjoying the crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches of Geographe Bay. Ten minutes drive and you are in the centre of Busselton town or ride your bike along the purpose built bike tracks that take you all the way to town and beyond to Yallingup. This property is the perfect location to setup your 'home away from home' whilst you explore Western Australia's impeccable Southwest.
