Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Pet friendly! Private 500 sq ft studio apartment above free standing garage. Full size kitchen if you want to stay in. Queen bed and couch with pull out bed. Private bath with shower, cable TV, wifi, Apple TV. In ground pool, in backyard with outdoor shower for you and your dogs. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, located 1-2 miles from beautiful beaches and golf courses. Just 10 minutes away from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. This well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and southern style to include modernized bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, custom lighting, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards, $150.00 non-refundable pet fee taken thru Airbnb must be on reservation limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 35 lbs. without owner permission. WIFI provided. Extra charge for over 6 guests. All guests/pets must be listed on rental agreement.

Welcome to our beautiful place in Pawleys Island, SC. Located on a terrific golf course just minutes from the beach and awesome shopping and restaurants. Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Come and enjoy.
