The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

Welcome to our cozy camp steps away from Sawyer Lake, offering access to 6 beaches. Enjoy our pedal boat and paddle board on the water. The camp features a fully equipped kitchen, grill, large back deck, and a screened-in front porch for relaxation. Minutes away from Bank of NH Pavilion for concerts, Tilton Outlets, Gunstock, NH speedway and Lake Winnipesaukee. Pet-friendly with a relaxing hot tub in the back. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway in nature!

Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away

Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.

Smokey Pines Camp

Cozy, private cottage on the Suncook river. Great for kayaking, fishing, tubing and swimming. Very private with meadow, outdoor picnic areas and fire pits. Within walking distance to Bear Brook state park. 40 minute drive to Portsmouth, Manchester, lake Winnepasakee. One hour away from New Hampshire White Mountains and Boston.
