Hello ,I am Palina from kalamata ,in Greece . Since I have travelled a lot I want to offer the hospitality I have experienced up to now!I provide a comfortable, sunny ,warm, flat in the centre of Kalamata with all the amenities that are required for perfect holidays and relaxation.There are products to prepare a good breakfast! You are close to the beach and all the famous sights and attractions of my city. You are close to the central trendy bars ,taverns and cafes too!!! Happy holidays!

Authentic Greek Fisherman's House 1 - Summer Love

Please also check "Love House" and "Love Nest" Houses for availability. House is on the beach. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly, business travelers and pet firendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

"Common dream" house by the beach

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Harvesting time for fruits grown in the farm (Fukuoka method) Oranges(a lot of varieties), from November to May (earlier more acidic, later sweeter) Mandarins, from November to April (a few varieties) Lemons, from November to June Limes, November to Marc

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Access to various local beaches in15' aprox., 10' away from city centre and bus terminals. Close by the International Airport (KLX), parking area, proximity to hospital and mini markets.

Sophie's charming place near beach

Cozy large apartment (45m2 or 485 sq. ft), only a 7-minute walk from the harbour and one block (130m) from the main sandy beach. As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a large garden with several dining areas under the trees and stars, and private sitting spaces in all corners.

Set in a well - tented garden bordered by roses and bougainvilleas, has an amazing sea view and lies within 200m from the beach. Our charming guest house is standing approximately 5km from Porto Heli and 2 km from kosta port where you can take a sea taxi and in 10 minutes you arrive at spetses island.
