The suite features a full kitchen, living room, with pull-out couch (a folding single also), brand new bathroom, and queen bedroom. You will also find a full screened in porch with optimal seating and mountain views. The suite also has access to all shared the amenities of The Patio property, including the pool, swing set, shared patio/fire pit space, and more.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

This first floor private room is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The first floor room has its own entrance from your patio and includes a bathroom - additional features are a kitchenette-esque table setup including a microwave and a toaster oven, an infra-red sauna and an outdoor grill.
