Situated on the fun & active River Walk where several coffee shops, chic bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, kayak/tube rentals, gelato, frozen yogurt & a movie theater are all just a few yards away. The park & river has concerts, water activities, bike paths available throughout the seasons. All just a few feet away from this clean & secure condo complex. Ideal for business, couples, friends & famlies.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon).
