A great location in an authentic Istrian village with a quick drive to the beaches, and the town of Vrsar. Only twenty minutes to Porec, thirty minutes to Rovinj and to Pula airport. Lim fyord conservation area viewpoint, walks and beaches are 5 km away. Istrian house/Kontija restaurant, Konoba Gradina and many top rated restaurants are a quick drive away.

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option.
