The B Cottage in Shiner

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of the "Sunshine House". We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

Welcome to our unique & peaceful guesthouse, off the beaten path. Near Shiner, Moulton, Flatonia & Gonzales, this is the perfect place to use as a home base. With 900 sq ft of living space, the open concept combines the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom & private bathroom. The space includes a washer & dryer, carport & fenced kennel area. Pets are welcome to stay inside the guesthouse. Our arcade machine featuring 39 classic games is a hit. We hope you find this is your ‘home away from home’.

We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park, so you can enjoy a more active vacation to include paddle boarding and canoeing or you can take in Texas history by visiting downtown museums. Another option... just relax and enjoy picturesque views of pasture, rolling hills and wooded areas that deer and other wildlife call their home.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Luling, TX, home of the Watermelon Thump. An early 1900s farmhouse at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX was destined for demolition. We saved her! We nipped and tucked her a bit, moved some walls, gave her new electric, new plumbing, new bathrooms and best of all, we gave her original hard wood floors a makeover. We set her in the middle of 4 beautiful acres for peace and privacy. We love her so much and hope you will too.

Cabana Guesthouse is a private 1 b/1b cottage w/ sleeper sofa, kitchen, custom pool table for indoor entertainment & in ground private swimming pool & spa for outdoor enjoyment! There is a large porch for sitting back & relaxing watching birds, deer & other wildlife that meanders onto the 4 acres. There is a large deck w/ charcoal grill & outdoor dinning. Inside is also TV, games, movies, etc. Gonzales is a VERY historical town w/ lots to see!
