Peaceful and centrally located at The Dolphins on the beachfront, with panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay, this upstairs apartment offers a slice of scenery and position rarely available at Port Elliot's best family beach. With a private balcony, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the historic granite headlands, wake up to beautiful sunrises, and relax to the sound of waves below.

EVELYN'S VILLAGE A charming rustic peaceful escape to the country. She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

The Lazy Palm Beach Shack

Just a short 250m stroll to Goolwa Beach. A perfect coastal vibe destination year round for either a relaxing or a fun-filled holiday, ideal for couples and families. Located on the Encounter Bikeway within easy distance to the River, Historic Wharf district & the South Links Golf Club. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, full oven, dishwasher & microwave. Main lounge features a smart TV, R/C air con & ceiling fans. A relaxing second living area with a TV & Apple TV.

Peachy Beachy

Peachy Beachy is a modern mid-century home with pops of peach for you to enjoy. Its open plan living/kitchen and large outdoor entertainment area has plenty of options for 2 families and/or large bookings. Enjoy the huge back deck overlooking a large fully-fenced grassed area with fire pit, swing set & table tennis. You can swim, surf or stroll at Goolwa Beach, just a minutes drive, or 10 minute walk. A private tranquil space that sits at the bottom of our beautiful garden opposite the Hindmarsh River walk which is often frequented by bird watchers. Perfect for couples that appreciate the magic of nature, with frogs croaking at your doorstep and an abundance of bird life to enjoy. Just a short 5 min drive to the Esplanade of Victor Harbor where you can hop on the historic Cockle Train to Goolwa or ride on the horse drawn tram to breathtaking Granite Island.

Highlands House c1853, is a charming heritage cottage and reportedly the first residential dwelling in Goolwa. The house oozes character but doesn’t compromise on comfort, as it comes with modern amenities. The cottage boasts a large private and secure yard, perfect for bird watching or to share with children and pets. Summer nights offer an amazing space to BBQ , in winter relax around the fire pit or have a cosy night in front of the log burner.
