Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

You'll get the whole ground level of the house - two very large clean modern rooms with a private entrance, bathroom, and direct yard access to the hammock, fire pit, and wildlife. Off-street parking for 2 cars, kitchenette, fast wifi, smart TV, heat or A/C, and much more! We will give you awesome tips on everything in the area and beyond! 15 mins downtown Portland (Uber/Lyft available) 1 mile from I-95 11 mins from the airport

Lily Brook Farm, Hollis, Maine

One bedroom apartment on horse/sheep farm in Hollis, Maine. View of farm from living room, bedroom on second floor up very steep farm stairs. One Queen comfy bed. There is a day bed in the living room. 21 miles from Portland and Kennebunkport. The farm is on rt 35. Cars can go by fast, they always break the speed limit. Lots of peace out the back door but be aware this is not way out back away from the road. This is a working farm, there will be chickens and ducks in the yard.

Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

This apartment comes fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a dedicated workspace, and a Pack n' Play (please bring your own linens).

Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.
