Located 5 mi. from Pine Point Beach in Scarborough near kayaking and Frith Farm with fresh food & pick-your-own flowers. Close to Portland, Portland Head Light, L.L. Bean, or Kittery outlets; 3-hrs to Acadia National Park. Hosts live in an upper Suite in the house with separate entrances. Lower Suite includes (kitchen, 1 bath), salt-water Hot Tub, picnic table, Cabin, & parking next to the house surrounded by beautiful gardens & woods. VACATIONLAND! The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.
