We are walking distance to 3 public lake access points & a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach & Central Park. Grand Haven's gorgeous beaches are a short 3 miles, 30min to Grand Rapids & Holland, 15min to Muskegon.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre just steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. It's perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon is included in rental from mid-May until Oct 1st.Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. YEAR AROUND HOT TUB. Close to Cannonsburg for skiing and yard has a hill for sledding. High speed internet. Pet friendly with fee.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Kayaks and Paddle Boards are not included.

Our place is close to parks, beautiful scenic views, restaurants, and dining. You'll love the place because of the panoramic views, comfy beds, the kitchen, coziness, and natural light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and larger groups.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
