Beläget på en lugn gata i Sävedalen finner ni denna härliga lägenhet. Boendet består av två plan med totalt 5 rum. Plan 2 med två sovrum och ett vardagsrum. Vindsvåningen består av ett stort kök och vardagsrum med fint ljusinsläpp. Här finns också ett stort fräscht badrum med badkar och ett sovrum. Det finns tillgång till trädgård. Närhet till Delsjöns friluftsområde samt badplats vid Härlandatjärn. 12 min med buss till Göteborg C och det går spårvagn från Östra Sjukhuset till Liseberg/Avenyn.

Elegant och klimatsmarta boende med en vacker utsikt över Flabäck som är ett naturnära område med storstadens puls bakom hörnet då det är 20min till centrala Göteborg. Fastigheten har tre lägenheter där du disponerar den stora ägarlägenheten. Lägenheten är nyligen renoverad med ett helt nytt modernt kök, nya ytskikt i de övriga rummen, nya möbler samt en ny infrabastu. Sista huset på vägen med en skogsdunge på ena sidan. Trevligt boende nära sjö, natur och Göteborg

Boendet är beläget på en lugn gata nära sjö. Här lever ni ett lugnt och naturskönt liv med Göteborg på nära håll. Till Göteborg tar ni er med bil alternativt buss på 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. Från Liseberg når ni Rondo, Scandinavium och Ullevi inom 5-10 minuters gångavstånd. Löpspår, vandringsleder, och bad hittar ni 200 meter från huset. Golf och stort shoppingcenter inom 5 min. Boendet lämpar sig för familjen, par eller vänner. Laddbox för elbil finns (extra kostnad tillkommer).

Cosy, calm and right by nature

This peaceful and centrally-located place is perfect for exploring Gothenburg. Situated right by Slottskogen, an oasis in Gothenburg with its nature, animals, frisbee golf and other activities. Within a 10-15 minute walk you have fantastic restaurants and sights. Änggården and the botanical gardens are situated nearby and serve a wonderful day out. If your more in to the archipelago the nearest tram is only 300m away and will take you directly there.

Cute apartment near everything, with gym!

Welcome to our little piece of heaven! Centrally located, perfectly in between Aveny and Liseberg, next to a natural reserve, plenty of playgrounds and fully connected to the rest of the city by tram! The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will have the entire apartment, but if I really need to stay in one of the rooms I will give you a discount of 400 SEK per night. I would of course let you know before i approve the booking! :)

Scandinavian villa close to Gothenburg and nature

No party is allowed in this house. Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated villa just 20 minutes from central Gothenburg. Wake up with the nature (and horses) right outside your window. The lake Aspen is just a 10 minute walk away for a morning swim! A perfect location for a countryside feeling with a lot of fun to do in a short distance.

Newly built studio of 25 m2 with nice kitchen and bathroom. Bus stops right outside and take you to the lovely city of Gothenburg in 20 minutes. The sea is a 20 minute walk and 5 min to nearest grocery shop.
