Averys Oak Farm Shepherds Hut

Luxury shepherds hut nestled in the Sussex countryside. Custom made by the renowned hut maker ' Plankbridge'. Perfect for an escape from the city or a romantic hideaway. Well located for Lewes, The South Downs, Glyndebourne, Firle and Ashdown Forest. Hot shower, Woodburner, Gas fired BBQ, Solar powered electricity(please note that this not powerful enough to charge higher voltage electrical equipment such as a laptop, hairdryer or hair tongs etc. Fire pit, Camping stove, quality bedding.

Dandelion

Escape to our charming hut, perfect for a cozy retreat for up to four guests. The hut features a comfortable double bed with a single bunk above and an additional camping bed. (please be aware that for 4 adults it would be a tight squeeze and more suitable for 3 adults) Enjoy the wood burner, and prepare meals with the mini kitchenette, equipped with all the essentials. Outside, you'll find a fire pit for evenings under the stars. We provide all necessary linens, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Sunflower Stay at Seacliffe Staycation

We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

The Studio

The Studio is very pretty & secluded so you feel that is nothing else around you ,it's so peacefull & quiet .when you enter inside you have a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities with washer dryer ,aside the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower soft towels ,toilet & basin,the living area has comfortable armchairs & a wall bed with beautifully linen & tastefully decorated white walls ,there is also a log fire which is supplied with logs for the winter.

Shepherds hut

Handcrafted Hop pickers shepherds hut perfect for either a romantic break or a well deserved escape from the bustle of life. Experience nature in luxury, sit in your hot tub and enjoy the views and country living. You are in your own private space. You have full use of your own private hot tub. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

Elegant Hilltop Yurt on Organic Dairy Farm in the Kent Downs

Breathe the fresh country air and enjoy the view from your luxury yurt at the edge of a field. Camp in comfort with your own outdoor kitchen, kingsize bed, compost loo, firepit BBQ, and wood stove, and shared toilets and showers at the farm 300m away. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The yurt is beautifully furnished with futon beds, a wood burning stove, candle lanterns and solar powered fairy lights, we have electricity and plugs, its perfect for a truly romantic weekend or a family adventure.
