La Villa des Savoyards

La villa des Savoyards a été construite en 1934. Il s'agit d'une maison bourgeoise de 250 m². L'intérieur est cosy, très lumineux et chaleureux. Elle est située à flan de colline et bénéfice d'une vue dégagée sur l'environnement proche. Elle est située dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre de Vielsalm et du lac des doyards. Se parquer est aisé. De nombreux commerces et activités sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pied (centre aquatique CenterParcs, archéoscope, pédalo, piscine, ravel).

Stijlvol en rustig gelegen chalet met welness

Chalet Le Woodpecker is een stijlvolle, luxueuze chalet, gelegen in een rustige doodlopende straat, vlakbij de rivier de Amblève. Het panoramisch uitzicht over de vallei zorgt ervoor dat je voluit kan genieten van de privacy, rust en natuur. Je geniet er van een gloednieuwe keuken, badkamer, houtkachel, vloeren en dit alles in een gezellig kader. Relaxen kan op verschillende plekken: in de tuin, in de hangmatten, aan de buitenbar, in de sauna en hottub of in je eigen privé bos. Keuze genoeg!

Westation: Our cosy chalet/ Ranch house in nature

Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. With a nordic bathtub, a sauna, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with fire place, a quiet office, 4 decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a floor to entertain: bar, flipper, TV.

Inspiration River

Cozy chalet that sleeps 4 people. Heated by pelletstove, spacious livingroom with open kitchen. Down the street you can discover a river, al little lake and restaurant. Here is also the place from where many beautiful hikingroutes start. Nearby: Clervaux, Houffalize, Laroche, Bastogne I am sure you will have a great time in our house, pretty nature and also shopping malls nearby. In our garden you'll find a jacuzzi with 4 seats. You can use the jacuzzi and 2p sauna all year round.

Situé dans le village de Rosiére la grande, le gîte à une vue exceptionnelle sur la campagne. Après une balade à travers les forêts ardennaises à pied ou en VTT, une visite des nombreux points à visiter à proximité (Bastogne, Bouillon,...) , vous pourrez profiter du jacuzzi extérieur privé ou du sauna pour vous ressourcer. situé à l'arrière de la ferme, vous accédez par votre entrée privée venant du parking de la propriété.ce relais champêtre vous comblera par son charme et son confort.

Unser mit viel Liebe renoviertes Ferienhaus bietet eine Kombination aus traditionellem Charme und modernem Komfort. Wir haben darauf geachtet, ursprüngliche Baumaterialen zu bewahren, während wir moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie unsere voll ausgestattete Küche und komfortable und stilvolle Schlafzimmer integriert haben. Zudem wollten wir nicht auf Wellness verzichten und so stehen ein wunderschönes Saunahaus mit Panoramafenster sowie eine Eistonne zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.

This king size apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 1809 stone farmhouse. Fully equipped kitchen, living-room-lounge, sleeping room with kingsize bed and private bathroom with washingbasin/shower/toilet. One toilet in the corridor. Sauna with wood-heated oven (45€ for 2 hours with access to pond, wood & towels for two). Private parking. Charging station for electric cars (using Smappee payment app).
