My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Seafront at The Beach House at 248 Lydstep Haven

This is a luxury holiday home. A beautifully seafront property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Patio doors open onto a fabulous deck overlooking the sea. Central heating & double glazing makes this a wonderful place to stay during the chillier months too. Perfect for a relaxing break by the sea, watching the tides and being as one with nature. A much larger than average open plan living area. This home is over 42ft long x 14ft wide. Beach access is 2 minutes walk. Sorry there is NO WIFI

Welcome to our large modern and spacious apartment in this beautiful seaside location. It has 180 degree views over Langland Bay which can be enjoyed from the bright & airy open plan living space as well as from the balcony. The apartment is ideally located only a short walk from Langland Beach and 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Mumbles. This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Summer or winter, ideal for couples or families interested in the outdoors or those simply wanting to "chill" away from the city. Perfect setting with uninterrupted views over the Gower peninsular and Carmarthenshire coast, on the coastal walking path and cycle track. The Jack Nicklaus golf course at Macynys and the Asburnham links course in Burry Port are very close by. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.

Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. Dog friendly.

Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from Langland Bay Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Langland Brasserie, the municipal tennis courts and the coastal paths. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
