A cooks (happy place) Kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Riverside Guest Cottage

This is a centrally located cottage. Situated in the heart of North Woodstock, the location allows walking to all restaurants, brew pubs and bars. River swimming is available at Cascades Park. Sunrises over the mountains. A relaxing hide away featuring 180 feet of river frontage and a spring fed pond to enjoy. The location provides a perfect hub for all the area activities such as, hiking, skiing, fishing or biking, etc. Town sponsored music across the street Saturdays in July & August.

The Barn

This is a sweet, private, timber-frame barn apartment with lots of light, character and creature comforts. It's warm and cozy in the winter and cool and airy in Summer. With a view of our garden and apple trees, you are close to lakes, streams, mountain hikes and some of the best cycling and cross-country skiing in Vermont. A quarter mile walk gets you to Peacham Village and it's lovely Cafe. Groton State Forest and the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail are so close. Hope to see you!

A cozy and quiet space close to Dartmouth College (8 mins), Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital (12 mins), and White River Junction Center (5 mins). You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful, ground level, 2-bedroom unit, nestled in the heart of the most photographed town in Vermont. Enjoy taking in the mountain views. Walk or bring your mountain bike and explore our country dirt roads. Wander among the many flower gardens, and forested trails on site or visit our working greenhouse.
