This cute spacious cottage is set upon a medium bluff on Croton Dam Pond where there are year round activities to keep guests occupied. Go swimming on the hot summer days or sit with your favorite beverage by the fire as you watch the sun set over the pond. The dock is available to tie off a boat. Our property is unique in that we have 9 vacation rental cottages on one acre. Built between the 1930s-50s, it is one of the last properties of this type along Lake Michigan in this area. We have tried to keep the old charm while adding modern amenities. You can rent 1-9, depending on your group size.
