LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 (we run parallel w/I-70), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. Two nice queen beds sleeping 4, couch w/recliners, futon, large electric reclining chair, twin & full inflatable mattresses, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, nice towels, ample parking. We have it all! Our newly renovated Aspen Apartment is located within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Junction has to offer. Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities.
