My cottage is close to beaches (Grand Haven/Holland/Muskegon/Saugatuck), bike /walk/running path, fishing right out the door, restaurants, micro-brew places, family-friendly activities & much more! My place is great for couples, families, solo, adventurers, & business travelers. We are nestled in a very quiet area ...great serene area to people watch. Close to Grand Haven, Holland, Muskegon, Saugatuck, Grand Rapids downtown: Museums; Sports venue; Concerts; Meijer Gardens; Zoo & much more!

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Come together with family and friends at the Starry Night Cottage located in a quiet neighborhood which is walking distance from downtown Saugatuck, This ranch style home has over 1500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. You can relax in comfort after a fun filled day on the screened porch and enjoy watching hummingbirds and butterflies that visit the perennial flowers. This home is very clean and tastefully decorated.

Brilliantly decorated, very clean accommodations and centrally located in the heart of South Haven's sugar sand beaches, dining, and shopping. Our cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury rustic cabin features all the comforts of home and more. Fully furnished for your comfort with towels, linens and other necessities. This cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. A heated pool and lake access are available from Memorial Day to mid September. Full-size washer & dryer in the cabin for your convenience. For larger groups, ask about availability to also rent one of our affiliated cabins nearby.
