Downtown Traverse City Loft in Historic Firehouse

Firehouse One is a historic brick building located in the center of Downtown Traverse City a couple blocks away from West Bay and steps away from some of the best shops and restaurants in town. Built in 1891, Firehouse One was Traverse City’s first fire station. During a ground up restoration of the building in 2021/2022, extra care was given to preserve the historic character and charm of the building.
