In the sitting room, there is a sofa bed, if needed. The room enjoys a balcony with great views and great sunsets. A perfect spot to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or cup of tea.

The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

We are located on a small holding with alpacas, pigs, a sheep called Boo and various birds which you are more than welcome to pet and feed.
