Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Clean studio, pool & hot tub 1.5 miles to U of A and 2 miles to Banner hospital. Secure, safe and quiet. 2.5 blocks to bike path. A five-minute walk to the El Con Mall, Walmart, Target, El Con Cinema, or Starbucks. Swim in the clean pool, soak in our hot tub, eat at our outdoor dining table, barbecue on our gas grill or enjoy the sunset views of the Catalina Mountains. This unit has a King size bed, two full sized dressers, an end table and large closet with washer and dryer. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the sofa recliner in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a coffee maker and a small dining area. All towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included. GVR facilities are available for a one-time fee. This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM.
