Our guest house and venue is a dog-friendly lakefront property on a private 10-acre peninsula in Fairfield Bay ... stunning views of Greers Ferry Lake & Sugarloaf, enjoy swimming, fishing, & kayaking right on Snakehead Cove or explore our 2-story private waterfall. The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new hot tub, fireplace and finished basement. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

A perfect getaway for the experienced fly fishermen or a romantic stay right on the Little Red River. Located directly on winkley shoals, you can walk right into the water to fish or just dip your feet into the water! If you would rather sit on one of the 2 decks and listen to the water rush over the rocks and bird watch, it’s all possible! You are welcome to explore my 60 acres , including a stocked pond and a great view of sugar loaf mountain. Experience the whole place all to yourself.

Homestead Haven

This lake retreat will make the perfect home base for your next family reunion. The home sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms that include 2 king size beds, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds and an extra twin size mattress tucked away in a closet. The fully stocked kitchen should meet all your needs or fire up the gas griddle for a cookout. If time outdoors is not your thing, the sunroom is a great place to hangout. There is also a designated "puzzle table" tucked in the corner of the living room.

Clinton Cabins #1 Quiet and relaxing!

The Cabin is close to downtown and provides easy access to restaurants, entertainment and businesses. However, it sits on a peaceful 1.8 acres with room for boats and trailers. It has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a covered front porch to enjoy the tranquil setting. The cabin is recently built so everything is new and fresh! We are excited to share our getaway with you. Drinking a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning listening to the birds is the best!
