Private parking, bbq, full sized kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen bed, Netflix, YouTube and prime through Roku TV (no satellite or cable). Note the basement suite is rented and although it is a bi-level, you each have your own separate entrance. Shared spaces: yard and laundry. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning, expected to keep it tidy and be respectful of tenant downstairs.

Our home is suitable for working guests, a family stay or a couples getaway.
