*The Honeysuckle House* - Tiny House, Big Living!

The Honeysuckle House is a luxury waterfront tiny home created for reconnection, rejuvenation and restoration. It is a respite where you can come and be one with nature as you look out upon the peaceful lake from the oversized screened-in porch, the open air deck or from the private fire pit area. This home sits on 1 acre with large, mature trees and has direct access to the lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The Honeysuckle House is the perfect place to come and "unplug".

Stunnningly located on the bluff above a huge waterfall. Miles of trails and hundreds of acres to explore right here on the property. Eight State Parks within a half hour drive. World Famous Fiery Gizzard Trail Head is just 10 minutes away. Disclaimer: Waterfall flow is subject to fluctuations in temperature, seasonal droughts, & rainfall. Optimal waterfall flow seasons are fall, winter & spring". Camp shower closed in winter. Propane heater/fireplace & propane provided at extra charge.

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. You can take the kayaks out for a day on the lake. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, and swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Cozy Two Bedroom Cabin with Hot Tub in Waters Edge

New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.

The Retreat offers a cozy cottage for down time & you have the option to hike trails down to falls area, socialize with other guests or sit and have your own Fire in our fire pit on the property and just relax! Local Restaurants minutes away, lake access 10 minutes away with beautiful woodsy setting perfect for getting away from the hustle of everyday life! Covered patio for relaxing and you can eat outdoors with a grill guests can use and a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook

Sunrise Mountain Tree House Cabin

Experience the fun of living among trees in our treehouse mini-lodge feel check out 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Cabin. Our tree house is extremely comfortable, with a view of the Cumberland mountains. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, two-loft sleeping and viewing areas. Several major state parks/hiking within a few miles of the cabin. Exceptional star viewing. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats are not allowed as we are allergic.

But if you’re more adventurous, there are local areas for hiking, repelling, atv riding and cave exploring, all within a short driving distance. Some of these include Stone Door State Park, Greeter Falls, Fiery Gizzard trail, The Caverns music venue and cave tours, and Cumberland Caverns. There is also golfing available at 6 locations within an hours drive or less!
