Welcome to Nesthaven, a sweet-natured tiny home tastefully curated with pops of boho chic-themed décor and accented walls. It's an out-of-a-magazine experience nestled within the tranquil, wooded atmosphere of The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls. The property's exterior features a cozy deck with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a natural stone firepit along with the convenience of being located only steps from the communal pavilion and one of three hiking trails that leads to the on-site falls.

The Mockingbird (a MADE SOUTH Cottage) welcomes you to the Water's Edge community in Tracy City, TN, just down the road from Monteagle and Sewanee. This area boasts tons of hiking and nature while also offering great restaurants and unique shopping. Hike down to Deer Lick Falls, a private 80 foot waterfall that guests have access to about 10 minutes down the road, or explore the gorgeous campus of The University of the South. Epic golf can be found at Sweetens Cove and The Course at Sewanee.

New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.
