The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. It also offers a pool, 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball, outdoor hot water shower and toilet/shower house (Groovy Go Go). The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.
