Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Enjoy a stunning Rocky Mountain View of Needle Rock and the Pitkin Range. The space has many amenities for 1 to 12 people. Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Easy access to hiking, fishing, hunting, boating and year-round beauty. Easy walk to town shops. Queen bed in lofted sleeping area.

Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. Very private space in lower level with walkout patio. Spacious bedroom has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the oversized common space.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
