New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

My place is a former 19th Century cart shed and pony stable and is located on our farm and ideally situated to visit beaches, castles,gardens,forests,Welsh countryside and all south west Wales. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, unique character, the country location, the high ceilings, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. With thick stone walls, central heating and a log burner, it’s now a cosy place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Teifi Valley. The river is renowned for great fishing and kayaking, and the surrounding area is popular with walkers and cyclists. 2 night minimum stay.
