A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Free standing Villa, light and breezy. very comfortable. Great front deck to relax on. 200 meter walk to Currimundi Lake, 800 meter walk to Cafes and Surf beach. Great children's park and bike track 200 meter walk, opposite direction walk to lake. Best suited to single person, couple or a Family ( 2 adults 2 children ). Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence where we live, it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
