Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . Around the living room you will find vinyl from the 80’s for you to enjoy. We offer books and board games and colouring books for children of all ages. To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Self contained Studio in Weston Favell NN3 3JX

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
