There are famous restaurants, bars, boutique shops and also famous brands around the house. 2 minutes walking distance from the street It is 5 minutes walking distance from Suadiye train station. You can easily go to Kadiköy/European side with yellow buses (dolmus) passing through Bagdat Street and the seaside there is no elevator in the building

Havalimanı araba ile 15 dakika, metro ile 25 dakikadır. Pierre Lotti Tepesi, Eyüpsultan Camii gibi tarihi yerlere haritadan bakıp yürüyerek gitmeniz mümkün. Tarihi yarımada, Eminönü ise tramvay ile 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası ve evin ferahlığını da eve girince anlayacaksınız :)
