Modern self contained large pool house which can host up to 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom and 2 in the lounge area if required. Situated within owner's 2 acre property in a quiet, semi rural setting, with extensive gardens, Gum trees, bird life and peaceful surrounds. A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
