You'll be just steps from Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail and blocks from downtown Half Moon Bay. The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, second bedroom, living room/bar and outdoor patio. (Please note that there is no kitchen.) You enter through your own private lit stairway of 15 steps down heads up (NO RAILING) You must be agile! On the South side of the home is access your private 300 SF studio. You will be greeted by spectacular ocean views and manicured private garden. If you enjoy indoor/outdoor living you will appreciate the vast MULTI LEVEL decking, lovingly manicured garden and your own weber gas grill. The space is very private and quiet , say hi if you see me in garden.
